If you are one of our clients and you are experiencing problems we will help you out as best as we can to resolve the issue.
You will recieve proper training with each website that we build explaining how every part of it works, so that you can properly manage your business.
Telephone training/assistance and tutorial manuals are provided with regards to using our CMS, and if you are still stuck, further guidance is always at hand.
In- house guidance
When a telephone chat just isn't sufficient, we will offer you to come into our offices and meet up with us to talk through anything that you may require.
This may include technical problems that are difficult to explain over the phone, the beginning of a new project that you would like us to get involved with, or any other issue.
Our office is only a 5 minute walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station, so it is easy for most people to get to us.
