Business
CARM has been in use within the carer management community for a long time now, firsty as a Microsoft Access database, keeping track of everything from names, ages, genders, ethnicitys of carers to arranging activity days and supplying medical care and support for them.  It is a well used system.

But with technology moving towards 'the cloud' and away from individual systems, CARM has outgrown the MS Access system and has become a fully fledged website, but with this it has had to have some changes both structurally and security wise.

CARM Online will eventually replace CARM Original as a system, but there are plenty of carers centres that still currently prefer to use the MS Access system, rather than holding data in 'the cloud'

Technology
CARM started out life as a Microsoft Access database and has been installed in many carers centres in the UK for a long time.

It has recently spawned a younger brother in CARM Online, but plenty of carers centres are still happy tio use the MS Access system.

It has grown from being an idea way back, to becoming probably the largest and most robust carer and relationship management system in the UK.

With so many wonderful features (too many to even begin to list here) it is used up and down the country helping people look after carers.

Other Features
Aswell as the main CARM Original MS Access system, we have constructed a 'brochure' style site, with details of how the CARM system works, FAQs, contact us and a free trial sign up form for potential clients.

There is also a CARM Online/Original Knowledgebase, which is a support forum for CARM Online/Original users.

The idea of this knowledgebase is that it is firstly populated with answers to questions that we regularly receive regarding the CARM system/troubleshooting etc... but that it will also self-populate with a user forum community, responses to questions being posted to the knowledge base for everyone to see and much more.
