Hi BS,
I assumed that the problem affects Firefox as well but maybe it's because the images have been saved using "progressive scans". Flash definately won't import the images in IE if they have been saved in this way. Try the images used in our example:
1. 9040.jpg
2. 10111.jpg
3. 10404.jpg
If these images work then it's almost definately down to the progressive scans issue. If they don't work then let us know the url and we'll have a look.
