Well it's taken a few years but now everybody wants a content management system (CMS).
A content management system can be just about anything that updates some content in your website. This website is based around a fairly simple content management system, the content being messages and the management being the way that content is categorised and therefore displayed.
The benefits of using an online CMS is that it can be accessed from any browser anywhere in the world which means that you can pay other companies or individuals to update the information, you can change the information from work, at home and, if your keen, on holiday.

The OnlineSlimmingClub uses a complex content management system for managing all aspects of the website including memberships, diets, food items (which are used in the diets, recipes and members' food diaries), videos and recipes (including the uploading of images).
